1. Data controller
HOSTIAS is responsible for the data processing carried out for Staytus. You can contact our team at service@hostias.fr for any questions regarding your personal data.
2. Data required for the service
We process account information, submitted listings, their photos and available reviews, analysis results, actions and order data. These processes serve to deliver the requested service. Billing documents may be retained to comply with legal obligations. Technical logs are used to secure the service and prevent abuse.
3. Providers
Authentication and service data use Supabase. Payments are processed via Stripe. Depending on the feature and engine chosen, data needed for analysis or editing are processed by OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, or a data retrieval provider. Only data necessary for the operation are transmitted. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, according to their applicable contractual guarantees.
4. Audience measurement with PostHog
With your consent, PostHog receives usage events: pages viewed, analyses started, tasks completed, and studio usage. URLs sent are cleaned of parameters, fragments, and private tokens. Entered texts, listing links, and images are not added to these events. Session recording and automatic click capture are disabled.
5. Your cookie preferences
Session cookies enable account login and security. Language choice and interface preferences retain your settings. Audience measurement starts only after your consent. You can accept or refuse just as easily and change your choice from the Cookies link at the bottom of the page. Refusal does not prevent service usage.
6. Retention
Account and work data are kept for as long as necessary to provide the service. You can request their deletion. Accounting documents are retained for the legally applicable period and some traces may be kept for managing a claim or security purposes. Signed links providing access to images have a limited duration.
7. Your rights
Under conditions stipulated by regulations, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability of your data. You can withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time. Send your request to service@hostias.fr. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL or your local data protection authority.
